Sunrooms LLC will award one (1) grand prize, one (1) first prize,
four (4) second prizes, and (26) third prizes. A drawing will be held and
the applicable prize awarded at the end of each prize period. The grand prize period ends
on December 31, 2008.
The first and second prize period ends on September 30,
2008. The fourth prize
period ends at the end of each calendar month during the contest
period. Winners will be
determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the
applicable prize periods.
Non-winning entries are eligible for the later grand prize
drawing. The odds of
winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received
prior to the time of the prize drawing and are estimated at
1:15,000. R&R Sunrooms reserves the right at its
sole discretion to determine all winners in accordance with official
rules. Participation
may be limited. This
promotion is only valid in North Carolina & South Carolina. Void where prohibited by
law, rule or regulation.
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion,
and you do not have to submit to a sales presentation.
Additional
Terms and Conditions
1. You may enter this promotion
by completing the form and clicking Submit. No more than one entry per
household is allowed.
R&R Sunrooms is not responsible for any illegible,
misplaced, damaged or late entries.
2. GRAND PRIZE: The grand
prize shall be a sunroom (a custom 10' x 12' sunroom installed on
existing (to code) foundation (deck or concrete pad), cash value
$5,000, est. retail value $25,000). If R&R Sunrooms determines,
in its sole discretion, that a sunroom is not reasonably buildable
on winner's home or cannot obtain the necessary permits within a
reasonable time period, then R&R Sunrooms will award and winner
agrees to accept the cash value of the prize.
3. FIRST PRIZE (1): Whole
House Gorell Timeless Windows (limit 10 double-hung or sliding vinyl
windows, maximum size 28" x 62", cash value $2,000, est. retail
value $8,500). All
prizes include installation and removal of existing windows where
applicable.
4. SECOND PRIZE (4): Up to 100
L.F. Gutter Filter protection system (cash value $225, est. retail
value $1,500).

THIRD PRIZE (12):
Double-hung
or sliding Gorell Timeless window (maximum
size 28" x 62", cash value $200, est. retail value $800). All prizes include
installation and removal of existing windows where applicable.

All winners will be notified by certified mail if unable to be
reached by telephone.
Winners must take
delivery of prize within 1 year of being notified by the
distributor. In the event the winner has purchased a product from
R&R Sunrooms that is all or part of their prize between 7/1/2006
and 12/31/2008, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail
value of that prize or their purchase (whichever is less) in lieu of
the product or products.
Acceptance
or use of a prize constitutes permission for R&R Sunrooms and
its affiliates to use recipientsÂ’ name and likeness for advertising
and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise
prohibited by law.
R&R Sunrooms reserves the right to substitute any prize
for another of similar value.
A minimum of 3000 sweepstakes entrants are required to award
grand prize. Payment of any and all federal,
sTate and local taxes and /or other fees that may apply to prizes
are the sole responsibility of the winner. A list of winners may be
obtained by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to R&R
Sunrooms within 30 days following the end of any prize period and
including a request for the winners names.
7. Entry constitutes
permission to be contacted by telephone, mail, or e-mail for
advertising purposes.

This promotion is open to legal North Carolina and South Caroling
residents, 18 years and older, who own the home where the product is
to be installed.
Employees, officers and directors of R&R Sunrooms, its
associates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants,
contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment
and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living
in their household) are not eligible to participate in the
promotion. By
participating in the promotion, participants agree to release,
discharge, and hold harmless R&R Sunrooms, their affiliates,
co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their
respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any
damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any
way out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a
prize. Winners may be
required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility
and release to participate in this promotion, as well as a standard
contract or purchase order of the goods and services to be provided,
as required by state law.
This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given
